Anúncios
Honda Cars India builds all of its vehicles at one plant, in Tapukara in Alwar district, Rajasthan. That has been true since the end of 2020, when the company consolidated its Indian car manufacturing and stopped production at Greater Noida.
Understanding that change matters, because a great many job listings and articles still refer to the Greater Noida plant as a manufacturing site. It is not. It remains Honda Cars India’s registered office and corporate headquarters, but cars are no longer built there.
This guide is more cautious than most on this site, and deliberately so. Honda Cars India is an unlisted company that publishes very little operational data — no employee count, no turnover, no production volumes. Rather than fill those gaps with numbers from job blogs, this guide tells you what is actually confirmed and what is not.
What follows covers the plant, the roles, eligibility, realistic pay and how to apply. It is a career guide, not a vacancy notice.

Industry Overview
Honda Cars India occupies a different position from the other manufacturers in this series. It is a smaller-volume, premium-leaning car maker that deliberately shrank its Indian manufacturing footprint rather than expanding it.
The Company
Honda’s Indian car business was established in 1995 as Honda Siel Cars India, a joint venture with Siel Ltd. Honda took full ownership in September 2012 and renamed the company Honda Cars India Limited. It is an unlisted subsidiary of Honda Motor Co. of Japan.
Takashi Nakajima has been President and CEO since 1 April 2025.
The Consolidation of 2020 — Why It Matters
This is the single most important fact for anyone job hunting at Honda Cars India, and it is routinely got wrong.
The Greater Noida plant opened in 1997 with an initial investment of around ₹450 crore across 150 acres, and had capacity of 100,000 cars a year. Together with Tapukara, Honda’s combined Indian capacity was 280,000 units.
In December 2020 Honda announced that it would consolidate all Indian four-wheeler production at Tapukara, cutting its India output by roughly 40%. Car manufacturing at Greater Noida ended.
The site did not close. It remains the company’s registered office and corporate headquarters, and Honda’s own India Operations page still lists environmental and quality certifications held there. But if you are looking for a production job, Greater Noida is not where it is.
The Tapukara Plant
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Address | SPL-1, Tapukara Industrial Area, Khushkhera, Alwar district, Rajasthan |
| Established | 2008, with the full assembly line from 2014 |
| Site area | 450 acres |
| Capacity | 180,000 units a year |
| Status | Honda Cars India’s sole car manufacturing plant |
Tapukara sits in the Bhiwadi–Khushkhera–Neemrana industrial belt of Alwar district, close to the Haryana border and within reach of Gurugram and Rewari. That belt contains a dense concentration of automotive and component manufacturers, which is genuinely useful for a job seeker — more on that later.
Current Demand
This section is shorter than the equivalent in our other guides, because Honda Cars India publishes very little. That absence is itself informative, and it is better to say so than to invent detail.
What Is Not Published
Honda Cars India does not publish its employee count, its turnover, or its production and sales volumes on its own channels. Unlike listed manufacturers, it files no annual sustainability report containing a workforce breakdown, and unlike some unlisted peers it does not post its statutory filings on its website.
Any article quoting a precise Honda Cars India headcount, revenue figure or vacancy count is not working from a company source. Treat those numbers as unreliable.
What Can Be Said Honestly
The plant has capacity for 180,000 units a year across 450 acres, and it is Honda’s only Indian car plant. A plant of that size and configuration requires a substantial shop-floor workforce across press, weld, paint, assembly, quality and maintenance functions, plus contract and supplier staff.
No capacity expansion, new plant or major India investment has been announced by Honda Cars India for 2025 or 2026. The Honda 0 Series, the company’s next-generation electric line, is presented on its Indian site as forthcoming, but carries no manufacturing or investment commitment for India.
What This Means Practically
Hiring here is most likely replacement hiring rather than expansion hiring — filling positions as people leave, and staffing to production volume, rather than building a workforce for a new site.
That has two implications. First, openings appear irregularly rather than in large annual intakes, so monitoring is more effective than waiting for an announcement. Second, the surrounding industrial belt matters more than usual, because it offers parallel options while you wait.
A Note on the Wider Honda Group in India
Honda has a much larger manufacturing presence in India through its two-wheeler company, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, which operates four plants including one at the same Tapukara location. If your interest is Honda as an employer rather than cars specifically, the two-wheeler business is considerably bigger and more actively expanding.
Job Roles
Honda does not publish a shop-wise role list for Tapukara. The structure below reflects standard car manufacturing practice.
Production Shop Roles
- Press Shop Operator — stamping body panels from steel coil
- Weld Shop Operator — robotic and manual welding of the body-in-white
- Paint Shop Operator — pre-treatment, primer, base and clear coat, inspection
- Trim, Chassis and Final Assembly Operator
- Engine and Transmission Assembly Operator
- Hybrid System Assembly Technician — relevant given the City e:HEV
- Material Handling and Logistics Operator
Quality and Testing Roles
- Quality Inspector — in-process and end-of-line
- Metrology Technician — dimensional measurement and gauge control
- Vehicle Test Technician — roll, brake and water testing
- Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician
- Supplier Quality Assistant
Maintenance and Engineering Roles
- Maintenance Technician — mechanical, electrical and instrumentation streams
- Robotics and Automation Technician
- Tool Room Technician — die and fixture maintenance
- Utilities Operator — compressors, chillers, effluent treatment, paint shop utilities
Supervisory and Staff Roles
- Team Leader and Shift Supervisor
- Production and Process Engineer
- EHS Officer
- Stores, Dispatch and Supply Chain roles
Corporate Roles at Greater Noida
Because the Greater Noida site is now the corporate headquarters rather than a plant, the roles there are commercial and support functions — sales, marketing, after-sales, finance, HR, IT and parts operations. If you are a graduate looking for an office-based role with Honda Cars India, that is where it will be.
Daily Responsibilities
Car assembly is paced by the line, and Japanese-managed plants are particularly rigorous about standard work.
A Typical Line Operator Shift
The shift begins with a handover, a safety briefing and a check of tools and torque equipment. Once the line runs, each operator completes a defined sequence within a fixed cycle time before the vehicle advances.
Through the shift the operator repeats that sequence, records abnormalities, and stops the line or calls the team leader when something is wrong. Rotation between stations is common, to reduce fatigue and build multi-skilling.
A Typical Maintenance Shift
Maintenance teams work preventive schedules during planned stoppages and respond to breakdowns during running hours. A stopped station halts everything downstream, so diagnosis speed is the metric that matters.
Robotics technicians spend much of their time on fault diagnosis, teaching points, sensor alignment and consumable changes on welding guns and paint applicators.
A Typical Quality Shift
Quality staff run in-process audits, end-of-line inspection and rectification follow-up, log defects, trace them back to a station or supplier, and support countermeasure work when a pattern appears.
The work is documentation-heavy and suits methodical people. It also tends to offer a clearer route into engineering roles than pure line operation.
Working Conditions to Expect
- Rotational shifts covering the full day
- Fixed cycle times and documented standard operating procedures
- Mandatory safety shoes, gloves, ear and eye protection
- Standing work for most of the shift
- Company transport, canteen and medical cover, standard at plants of this scale
- Honda’s stated workplace commitments include flexible working, learning and development, transportation and an equal employment opportunity policy
Required Skills
Japanese manufacturers place unusual weight on process discipline, consistency and improvement culture.
Technical Skills
- Reading work instructions, standard operating procedures and basic drawings
- Correct use of torque wrenches, nut runners and hand tools
- Measurement with vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges
- Basic hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical safety
- Accurate recording of production and quality data
- Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, poka-yoke and standard work concepts
Terms like kaizen, gemba, muda and poka-yoke are used routinely on the floor at Japanese-managed plants. Candidates who already understand them settle in noticeably faster.
Safety and Compliance
- Correct PPE use without prompting
- Lockout-tagout discipline before machine intervention
- Stopping and reporting rather than improvising a fix
- Emergency response familiarity
- Honest near-miss reporting
Language and Location
Hindi is the working language of the shop floor at Tapukara. Functional English is useful because work instructions, quality records and system screens are generally in English.
On location, Tapukara and Khushkhera sit in Alwar district close to the Haryana border. Many workers commute from Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Rewari, Dharuhera and the outer Gurugram belt. Travel time and accommodation are worth factoring into any offer.
Personal Qualities That Get You Hired
- Attendance discipline, tracked closely and weighted heavily at confirmation
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
- Physical fitness for standing work at a fixed cycle time
- Consistency in repeating an operation correctly
- Team behaviour and clean handovers
Education Requirements
Honda Cars India does not publish plant-level eligibility criteria. This section sets out what each qualification realistically opens at a car plant of this type.
After 10th Standard
A 10th pass alone is not a practical entry point at a modern car plant. The productive step is a Government ITI trade, which takes one to two years and costs very little at a state ITI. Rajasthan and Haryana both have dense ITI networks serving this industrial belt.
The ITI Route
These are the Craftsmen Training Scheme trades designated by the Directorate General of Training that map onto car manufacturing. Honda does not publish a trade list, so treat this as sector guidance rather than a company requirement.
| ITI trade | Duration | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Fitter | 2 years | Assembly, mechanical maintenance |
| Electrician | 2 years | Plant electricals |
| Welder | 1 year | Weld shop |
| Turner | 2 years | Machine shop |
| Machinist | 2 years | Engine component machining |
| Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) | 2 years | Assembly, vehicle testing |
| Electronics Mechanic | 2 years | Controls, hybrid systems support |
| Instrument Mechanic | 2 years | Calibration and instrumentation |
| Tool and Die Maker | 2 years | Press tooling, tool room |
| Painter (General) | 2 years | Paint shop |
| Technician Mechatronics | 2 years | Robotics and automation |
After 12th Standard
A 12th pass with Science combined with an ITI certificate is a solid profile for plant hiring. On its own, a 12th pass suits stores, dispatch and administrative support roles.
Diploma and Degree Routes
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile or Mechatronics — technician and junior engineering roles
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics or Production — engineering roles in manufacturing and quality
- MBA, CA and specialist postgraduate qualifications — corporate roles based at Greater Noida
Documents to Keep Ready
- ITI certificate with NCVT or SCVT marking, or diploma marksheets
- 10th and 12th certificates
- Aadhaar and PAN
- Bank account details
- Passport-size photographs
- Any previous experience or relieving letters
Professional Certifications
The trade certificate decides eligibility. Everything else improves your position at shortlisting and promotion.
Core Certification
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) — awarded on completing an ITI trade under the Craftsmen Training Scheme, with NCVT or SCVT marking
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) — awarded on completing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961
Safety Certifications
- Industrial safety certificate or diploma
- First aid and fire safety training
- Forklift and material handling equipment licences
- High-voltage safety training — relevant given the City e:HEV hybrid and Honda’s electric plans
Quality and Process Certifications
- IATF 16949 awareness, the automotive quality management standard
- ISO 9001 internal auditor training
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt
- Statistical process control fundamentals
Skills Worth Adding on Your Own
Basic computer literacy is expected on the line because production and quality data is entered digitally. Familiarity with a touchscreen HMI, an ERP screen and basic Excel is worth acquiring before you apply.
Training Programs
Honda Cars India does not publish a named apprenticeship, graduate engineer trainee or technical training programme on its official channels. Programme names circulating on job blogs are not traceable to a company source.
What the Careers Page Actually Says
The official careers page at hondacarindia.com/careers describes the company’s workplace commitments — flexible working hours, learning and development, transportation, an open workplace culture and an equal employment opportunity policy — and invites applications.
Notably, the page does not expose an external applicant tracking system link. The practical contact routes Honda publishes are its toll-free number 1800 113 121 and a WhatsApp number. If you cannot find an apply button, that is the page behaving as designed, not a fault at your end.
Apprenticeship Under Indian Law
Where apprenticeships are offered by any employer in India, they are governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 and carry statutory minimum stipends set by government notification. Following the revision effective September 2025, the prescribed minimums are:
| Category | Minimum monthly stipend |
|---|---|
| Class 10 pass-outs | ₹8,200 |
| Class 12 pass-outs | ₹9,600 |
| ITI / National or State Certificate holders | ₹9,600 |
| Vocational or 2-year diploma holders | ₹9,600 |
| Technician (diploma) apprentices | ₹10,900 |
| Graduate and degree apprentices | ₹12,300 |
These are the statutory floors any Indian employer must meet, not Honda-specific figures. Apprenticeship engagements are recorded on the government’s National Apprenticeship portal, which is worth registering on regardless of which employer you target.
Where to Get Trained in This Belt
The Bhiwadi, Khushkhera and Neemrana corridor has a concentration of government ITIs in both Rajasthan and neighbouring Haryana. Because so many automotive and component manufacturers operate in this belt, an ITI qualification earned here is immediately relevant to dozens of employers, not just Honda.
That is the practical training advice for this location: get the trade certificate locally, then apply broadly across the belt while targeting Honda specifically.
Salary Guide
Honda Cars India publishes no pay bands, no turnover figure and no workforce data. This section is therefore limited to what can be stated honestly.
What Is Documented
Apprentice stipends carry the statutory minimums in the table above — ₹9,600 a month for ITI-qualified apprentices and ₹10,900 for technician diploma apprentices.
Permanent workmen at large plants are covered by Rajasthan minimum wage notifications and, where a union agreement exists, by wage settlements that are not published.
Indicative Ranges by Role
The ranges below are broad indicative figures for passenger vehicle manufacturing in India generally. They are not Honda figures and should be confirmed at interview.
| Role | Indicative annual range (CTC) |
|---|---|
| Apprentice (stipend basis) | ₹1.15 – ₹1.5 lakh |
| Contract or temporary operator | ₹1.8 – ₹2.8 lakh |
| Permanent line operator | ₹2.5 – ₹4.5 lakh |
| Maintenance technician | ₹3.0 – ₹5.5 lakh |
| Robotics / automation technician | ₹3.5 – ₹6.0 lakh |
| Quality inspector | ₹2.8 – ₹5.0 lakh |
| Diploma engineer trainee | ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 lakh |
| Team leader / shift supervisor | ₹4.5 – ₹8.0 lakh |
| Graduate engineer | ₹6.0 – ₹12.0 lakh |
Be especially sceptical of specific salary claims for this employer. Because Honda Cars India publishes nothing, any precise CTC figure attributed to it is invented.
What Actually Increases Your Pay
- Conversion from contract to the permanent rolls — the largest single jump
- Multi-skilling, particularly into maintenance, robotics or automation
- Hybrid and high-voltage system competence
- Shift allowances, overtime and production incentives
- Promotion into team leader and supervisory grades
- Moving within the Bhiwadi–Neemrana belt, where competing employers set the local market rate
Employee Benefits
Honda Cars India plants are organised-sector employers, so a substantial part of the package is statutory.
Statutory Benefits
- Provident Fund (EPF) — employer and employee contributions
- Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) — medical cover below the wage threshold
- Gratuity — payable after five years of continuous service
- Paid leave — earned, casual and sick leave under the Factories Act and Rajasthan rules
- Bonus — under the Payment of Bonus Act, where applicable
- Maternity benefit — under the Maternity Benefit Act
What Honda Publishes
The company’s careers page lists flexible working hours, learning and development, transportation and an open workplace culture, alongside an equal employment opportunity policy. Transportation is a meaningful benefit at this location given the commuting distances involved.
Large automotive plants in India also typically provide subsidised canteen meals, uniforms and protective equipment, group medical insurance, shift allowances and production or attendance incentives.
What to Confirm Before Accepting
- Whether the role is apprentice, contract, fixed-term or permanent
- Whether the contract is directly with Honda Cars India or through a manpower contractor
- Whether the figure quoted is stipend, gross, CTC or take-home
- Transport route and pickup point from where you live
- Shift pattern and how shift allowance is calculated
- Criteria and timeline for conversion to permanent
Career Progression
Progression at a car plant runs through defined grades, and the first transition is the one that matters most.
The Shop-Floor Ladder
| Stage | Typical duration | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | Year 0–1 | Apprentice or contract operator |
| Confirmed | Year 1–3 | Permanent operator or technician |
| Multi-skilled | Year 3–7 | Senior operator, relief operator, maintenance technician |
| Supervisory | Year 7–12 | Team leader, shift supervisor |
| Management | Year 12+ | Section head, assistant manager, shop functions |
The Single-Plant Reality
With one manufacturing site, there is no internal transfer to another plant. Career moves happen within Tapukara, into the corporate functions at Greater Noida, or you move employer.
The mitigation is the industrial belt. Bhiwadi, Khushkhera, Neemrana and Dharuhera contain a large number of automotive and component manufacturers, and experience at a Japanese-managed car plant is a strong credential across all of them.
How to Move Faster
First, get confirmed. Contract status is where careers stall.
Second, specialise where demand is growing — robotics, automation, and hybrid or high-voltage systems.
Third, engage with the improvement culture. Kaizen suggestions and quality circle participation are formal, tracked processes at Japanese-managed plants and genuinely feed into supervisory selection.
Top Employers
This is the most useful section for anyone targeting Honda Cars India, because the surrounding belt offers far more openings than the single plant does.
The Bhiwadi–Khushkhera–Neemrana Belt
Tapukara sits inside one of north India’s densest industrial corridors, straddling the Rajasthan–Haryana border and connected to the Delhi NCR manufacturing base.
- Honda Cars India — Tapukara, Alwar district
- Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India — also at Tapukara, a much larger operation
- Maruti Suzuki — Gurugram, Manesar and Kharkhoda, within the wider NCR belt
- Hero MotoCorp — Dharuhera, Gurugram and Neemrana
- A large concentration of tier-one auto component manufacturers across Bhiwadi, Khushkhera and Neemrana, including many Japanese-owned suppliers in the Neemrana Japanese Industrial Zone
The Japanese zone at Neemrana is worth specific attention. It hosts a cluster of Japanese manufacturers whose working culture, quality systems and terminology closely resemble Honda’s — which makes experience at any of them highly transferable.
Major Car Manufacturers Elsewhere in India
- Maruti Suzuki — Haryana and Gujarat
- Tata Motors — Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu
- Hyundai Motor India — Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra
- Mahindra & Mahindra — Maharashtra, Telangana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab
- Toyota Kirloskar Motor — Karnataka
- Kia India — Andhra Pradesh
How to Apply to Honda Cars India
Applications go through the official careers page at hondacarindia.com/careers. Note that the page does not link out to an external job portal; Honda’s published contact routes include its toll-free number and WhatsApp channel.
Apprenticeship candidates should also register on the government’s National Apprenticeship portal.
How to Spot Fake Honda Job Offers
Honda publishes a warning on its official disclaimer page stating that it is aware of fake emails — phishing emails — regarding job advertisements, job offers and competition award notifications. It advises candidates not to share personal or financial details and confirms that Honda does not use such methods for recruitment.
That warning is worth taking seriously here, precisely because Honda publishes so little operational detail. The information vacuum is exactly what fraudsters fill.
Treat it as fraudulent if:
- Any fee is demanded — registration, security deposit, medical, training, uniform or file charges
- An offer letter arrives before any assessment or interview
- Contact comes only from a Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook address rather than a company domain
- You are asked to send Aadhaar, PAN or bank details over WhatsApp or email
- A specific vacancy count, CTC figure or “Honda recruitment 2026 notification” is quoted — Honda publishes none of these
- The message refers to hiring at the Greater Noida plant, which no longer manufactures cars
- The apply link is a Google Form, a Telegram channel or a shortened URL
Verify like this:
- Check hondacarindia.com/careers directly before responding to anything
- Confirm any email comes from a company domain
- Remember that no genuine employer in India charges a candidate for a job
If money is demanded, report it on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or call the cyber crime helpline 1930.
Industries Hiring
Skills built at a car plant transfer widely, which matters especially when your target employer has a single site.
Directly Related Sectors
- Auto component manufacturing across the Bhiwadi–Neemrana belt
- Two-wheeler manufacturing, including Honda’s own two-wheeler plant at Tapukara
- Commercial vehicle and tractor manufacturing
- Electric vehicle and battery assembly
- Tyre and rubber goods manufacturing
Broader Manufacturing in the NCR Belt
- White goods and consumer durables assembly
- Electronics manufacturing
- Industrial machinery and capital goods
- Glass, ceramics and building materials, strong around Bhiwadi

Services Around the Plant
- Vehicle dealership service workshops and body shops
- Plant maintenance and facility management contractors
- Robotics and machinery suppliers, in installation and service roles
- Industrial safety and quality auditing
- ITIs and polytechnics, as instructors after plant experience
Technology Used
Tapukara’s full assembly line came on stream in 2014, so the plant carries a relatively modern and consistent technology standard.
Production Technology
- Press lines for body panel stamping
- Robotic welding lines for body-in-white
- Automated paint shops with robotic applicators
- Conveyor-based trim, chassis and final assembly
- Engine and transmission assembly
- Hybrid powertrain assembly for the City e:HEV
Quality and Testing Technology
- Coordinate measuring machines and dimensional scanning
- End-of-line roll, brake and water testing
- Vision-based inspection systems
- Torque monitoring and traceability on critical fasteners
Digital and Control Systems
- PLC and SCADA control across shops
- Manufacturing Execution Systems tracking each vehicle
- ERP for materials, maintenance and payroll
- Barcode and RFID traceability
- Digital dashboards for OEE and downtime monitoring
Honda’s global manufacturing approach places particular emphasis on flexible lines and on building quality into the process rather than inspecting it in afterwards. That shows up on the floor as heavier reliance on operator-level checks and error-proofing.
Future Industry Trends
Three developments are worth watching, though none has been confirmed as an India manufacturing commitment.
Electrification
Honda’s next-generation electric line, the 0 Series, is presented on its Indian website as forthcoming. No manufacturing location, investment figure or timeline for India has been announced.
What is already relevant is hybrid technology. The City e:HEV is in production, and hybrid systems involve high-voltage components. High-voltage safety competence is a genuinely useful credential to build now, whichever manufacturer you end up with.
The Single-Plant Strategy
Honda deliberately consolidated to one Indian car plant in 2020 and has announced no reversal. That is a strategic choice rather than a temporary state, and it means job seekers should not expect a Honda Cars India capacity expansion in the near term.
If a large new Honda manufacturing investment is announced in India, current indications suggest the two-wheeler business is the more likely vehicle for it.
The Industrial Belt Keeps Growing
The more reliable trend for a job seeker in this region is the continued growth of the Bhiwadi, Khushkhera, Neemrana and Dharuhera corridor, and its integration into the wider Delhi–Mumbai industrial corridor. That belt adds manufacturing capacity across many employers, which is a more dependable source of openings than any single company’s plans.

Final Summary
Honda Cars India builds all of its vehicles at one plant, in Tapukara in Alwar district, Rajasthan, with capacity for 180,000 units a year across 450 acres. That has been the position since the December 2020 consolidation ended car production at Greater Noida.
The most valuable thing this guide can give you is accuracy about what is not known. Honda Cars India is unlisted and publishes no employee count, no turnover, no production volumes and no named trainee scheme. Any article quoting a Honda recruitment notification, a vacancy count or a precise salary band for this employer is inventing it. That information vacuum is exactly where recruitment fraud operates, and Honda’s own warning about fake job-offer emails should be read in that light.
The practical route is a Government ITI in a relevant trade, applications through hondacarindia.com/careers, and registration on the National Apprenticeship portal. Because openings here are replacement rather than expansion hiring, monitoring beats waiting.
The stronger strategic advice for this location is to widen your search. Tapukara sits inside the Bhiwadi, Khushkhera, Neemrana and Dharuhera belt, one of the densest automotive corridors in north India — including Honda’s own much larger two-wheeler plant at the same location, and a cluster of Japanese manufacturers at Neemrana whose systems and culture closely resemble Honda’s. An ITI earned in this belt is relevant to dozens of employers, not one.
Finally, verify before you act. Be particularly wary of any message referring to hiring at the Greater Noida plant — cars have not been built there since 2020, and that detail alone exposes most fake listings. No genuine employer in India charges a candidate for a job.
This article is an independent career guide. It is not a recruitment notice and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Honda Cars India Limited or Honda Motor Co. Honda Cars India is an unlisted company that does not publish workforce, financial or production data; this guide states clearly where information is unavailable rather than estimating it. Vacancies, eligibility criteria and salary levels change over time. Always confirm current details on the official Honda Cars India careers page before applying.
